Google Forms works for surveys. It gets messy when training teams need verified identity, live quiz pacing, topic-level scoring, and clean readiness reports.

Field training does not end when quiz scores come in.
Managers still need to know who missed what, which topics need reinforcement, and what to export for follow-up.
