A pleasant trip today to Heads of the Valleys Industrial Estate in Rhymney to see the completion of a 30k sq ft total rebuild following a fire.
It’s a Grade A spec unit … on an estate not otherwise known for its quality!

Fair play to RCT, they keep the projects rolling along in Pontypridd town centre.
The river used to be something to be ashamed of… dirty, smelly and hidden behind the shops. But no more, it’s now clean & this scheme opens up the river.
