Hey @Budget, hiring out our car to someone else after we booked it online ages ago is not ok. In fact it's disgraceful behaviour. Why would you even do that?
If companies had to compensate jobseekers for the time it took them to apply, interview, complete projects, and give presentations, the hiring process would be approximately 12 minutes.
