Im not surprised at the @BBCNews report stating flytipping is on the increase. Our local @CharnwoodBC tip is only open Fri/Sat 9am - 4pm (few years ago was open everyday) Bulky waste collection can only be used 3 times a year and then its £40 charge #flytipping
