Hey @British_Airways is your executive club deliberately a painful process? To claim my companion voucher I need to have an email address and account for my 2 year old - and somehow my name is being used for my son. And stuck with unhelpful customer service. Pls help.

Who do we mean when we say older? In @vayiam research they look at older adults as a growing user group, can be defined as those born before a certain year. “Silver surfers” is a group that is included but they are not all the older groups. @ResearchThing #UR_OlderPeople
