We the Tokenholders of Switchboard, in order to steward a decentralised oracle network grounded in verifiable truth, open access, and collective governance, to preserve the integrity of data against manipulation, censorship, and undue influence, to balance permissionless coordination with lawful structure, and to ensure that the Switchboard Protocol may endure, evolve, and serve all who rely upon it through transparent process, sound security, and shared responsibility, do hereby establish and adopt this Constitution, binding ourselves to its principles and procedures, whether enacted through code or consensus, on-chain or off-chain, now and in the future.
