Exciting news! Syberry hosted an exclusive invite-only corporate party last month. The theme was black tie, and we're pulling out all the stops for this one.
Thanks for making it such a memorable evening!
Look at this pilot who went out of his way to return a passenger their phone! 🤗
The approach is similar to Syberry’s culture of striving to help the client — even if it takes an extraordinary solution.

Syberry's architecture lets us scale up our work methods.
Building software, our teams create knowledge about what we can improve. DaVinci team organizes this knowledge to share with the teams and improve their work.
DaVinci lets the team create more than it would by itself.
Syberry participated in #PolandBusinessRun2022!
In total, this year’s #event had 32 thousand participants who raised 3 million Polish zlotys for charity.
Great job! We are so proud of our team 🏃❤️
Evgeniya Nikolaeva came to Syberry in 2020 as a data integration #engineer. She grew into the lead of data integration engineers, and then a project manager. Evgeniya reflected on what allowed her to grow and change #career paths in Syberry:
Syberry plans to build software more effectively than small startups in 2024.
To reach the goal, we'll improve and automate our processes and define metrics to measure the results.
We've planned 3-month milestones to achieve before 2024 — see how it looks on our roadmap.
What to ask your software engineering vendor:
❓How will you protect my software’s security?
Creating custom software means creating unique code. You have to trust the service company to let them work with your ideas and code.
The vendors that pay close attention to security will gladly answer your questions and guide you through their security procedures and engineers’ training.
What to ask your software engineering vendor:
❓How do you accumulate your experience as a company?
When your vendor says they have experience in your domain, it’s important to ask how they preserved the knowledge from that previous project.
The ideal answer is that they have built processes. This will let your software be of the same high quality as the previous successful project in your vendor’s portfolio.
Engineers join Syberry to help our clients and advance Syberry's mission. An example is our #SDET engineer Ekaterina Volkova.
Ekaterina came to Syberry 3 years ago as a QA engineer. The company makes her feel valued, she says.
We are team service. Instead of investing into your in-house team, invest into your product!
In a startup, in-house team members will sometimes wait for somebody else and left with no work. Service team members would simply switch to other projects — and not charge you for it.
We strive to help:
Once, engineers Sergey Bezak, Kirill Kozachenko, and Ales Kutepov got an urgent task from a client. They worked on it all day but did not manage to finish before Syberry New Year party. The engineers took their laptops and finished the job at the party.
As an industry, we have a problem. There is a worldwide lack of software engineers.
To solve it, Syberry improves its processes and serves many clients at once. That way, our engineers spend their time effectively and more businesses can create custom software.
In the future, we think IT product companies will not hire #inhouse teams. They will outsource their software development.
Instead, product companies will focus on the business side of their product.
How do you feel about it?
#Recruiting process helps to confirm our engineers strive to help the client.
Job interviews consist of the HR and the technical parts. It equally takes the technical skills and culture to enter the company.
