Next drawing is gonna be a bit delayed, I fell off the stairs while pushing up a bike yesterday, (landed on my feet still) but I eventually after a few bouncy hops crashed into another bike and what at first felt like a bruised thumb is now a painful wrist. it do be my art hand

Im drained tidied up all day, mom gone for cancer treatment these couple days, sick cat, rip my lungs with the cleaning fumes, my back is stiff af cosplaying quasimodo, getting by on my own, emotional wreck and the wonderful soul of plumber said keep your head up high

Started eating and drinking healthy, this past month I only ate bad 3 times, tho always when I didnt eat the rest of the day *not intentional just forgot xD* feeling so much better apart from a cold, concentration, reflexes, energy levels so much better, from just a month

I also used to boredom eat, so I'd always eat liquorice or candy, but decided to get 1 jar of chewing gum just regular spearmint,first couple days many chewing gum, then eventually I was starting to run out so I started chewing sparingly, to eventual full stop, so useful tip

In other news, a lil while ago i tried to use a new medium for portraits, didnt prime the canvas unfortunately though, but I learned alot!, pencil, pen, digital portrait mastered so far, soon(tm) acrylics/oil paint? Oil would be the end goal, stepping into my late dad's shoes 💙
