Truth can hurt but without it we are lost. The federal CPC has abandoned their western independence minded grassroots base in favour of the laurentian game. They then cynically flew the flag of 'Unity' at their exclusive Calgary convention for the national delegation attending.

Four years ago today the federal Liberal party, led at the time by Justin Trudeau, invoked the Emergencies Act against, and froze bank accounts of peaceful Freedom Convoy protesters. This was done immediately after the Coutts Blockade arrests. The 'Coutts 4' were smeared by the media and government as being violent extremists on the cusp of killing RCMP, and spent years behind bars. Charged with conspiracy to murder, a crime they were never convicted of, only recently have they all finally been released. Sacrificed at the altar of a government narrative that never was, in order to unleash war measures against Canadian citizens. This was the Liberals 2022 Valentines Day 'gift' to Canadians. x.com/i/status/1493293983669…

This was Coutts last night, multiple arrests, containment zone was set up around Coutts, as a warrant was acted on by police. Will find out more information today. Help the Coutts blockade supporters legal defence at TruckerLawyer.ca

Trudeau honed in on Coutts when talking about invoking the Emergencies Act. Not 24 hours after the "Coutts 4" were arrested and charged with conspiracy did he invoke it, war measures against peaceful protesters across Canada. Not a single conviction of conspiracy was had!

Collecting signatures on Parliament hill! Love it 🤠 #AlbertaIndependence
As an Albertan I never would have expected the opportunity to sign a petition, while on Parliament Hill, calling for a referendum on whether the province should leave Canada's confederation. Felt real good. Thanks @johnwtomkinson!

One of the main lessons of the 2021 Nova Scotia shootings were that RCMP failed to release accurate public warnings, causing additional victims to be unaware a mass shooter was at large. Five years later, and the first RCMP alerts in Tumbler Ridge were to watch out for a "female."

There's a funny contrast between how Liberals are responding to the US halting a bridge from Ontario to the US, and how they responded to the cancellation of Alberta's Keystone XL pipeline to the US.

Why should these government employees have to work at all? Their pay was extracted from the rest of us through high taxes. Cut them loose and give Canadians a break.

Honeslty, the only reasons I haven't left the shithole Canada has become is because I want the country to repair itself, & nostalgia. None of the federal parties have stepped up to make life better for Canadians. Liberals(including you now, Kenney) burn it down, NDP help, Bloc only cares about QC, and CPC says they'll help mitigate the smoke. Total loss. If I put my interests ahead of the country's, I'd be forced to leave. It's blatantly obvious the Libs fueled the divide between Canada and the US for their election campaign, then ran with it. Burning the metaphorical bridge between us and the worlds greatest superpower, who just so happens to be our greatest friend, ally, and neighbour, all because they don't like Trump for not publically conforming to globalist tendencies. This bleeds into political operatives like you villifying Canadians of altering perspectives. Guess you're not down with the CPC's "unity" agenda either, eh? The more you talk, and the longer our country self-MAiD's, the more I respect Alberta's separation movement. At least they're trying to find a more prosperous way forward.
I see MAGA North is out in full force to blame Canada yet again. They side with Trump in threatening to block a massive new bridge paid for by Canada that *Trump approved and accelerated* in 2017 because of: - The Canada-China tariff deal that Trump approved of on January 15, saying: “That's what (Carney) should be doing. I mean, it's a good thing for him to sign a trade deal. If you can get a deal with China, you should do that, right?” - And because of dairy quotas which Trump agreed to when he signed the USMCA in 2020, calling it “the biggest and best trade agreement in history.” And yet somehow these Canadians find a way to blame Canada. These are the kind of stooges that Trump had in mind when he said in 2016 “I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters, OK?” If they hate Canada this much, why don’t they make asylum claims in the US, and put themselves at the tender mercies of ICE?

And for the record, I do still love Canada, it's an incredible place with incredible people, but I'd be a fool to ignore our present realities.
