I recently came across this thread of a former employee of Symphonic Distribution. I was disgusted by what I read and realized not many people had seen this & that Symphonic didn't even address these issues.

A thread on how Symphonic Distribution is PREYING on Black culture. Their CEO Jorge Brea told the company he wanted to participate in #BlackoutTuesday but “Just for Social Media” & told his employees they are “Still Working. In other words, he wanted to fake support for clout.

After being called out by an employee he then DELETED THE COMMENT to cover his deceit. He then proceeded to shit on other companies for NOT being as socially aware as he was.

THIS IS NOT NEW BEHAVIOR FOR SYMPHONIC. Look at how one of their employees openly mock an African who reached out for help. This same employee has been accused of sexual harassment by two different women at the company. JORGE KNOWS AND DOES NOTHING.

Jorge is now copy & pasting a generic “apology” and sending to people who are calling him out. Wow.

I mean @symjorge was literally caught intentionally misleading the public about his “Black Music Division” to @MusicBizAssoc YESTERDAY. We’ve been gone for weeks.. On the left is the original question, on the right is after Music Biz found out the truth.

“Culture and diversity is important at Symphonic.” Imagine saying that & your Black employees have to have conversations like this with their white counterparts in the company.
