Whoop whoop 🎉 The Glow & Grow training cafe is open for business! Open Wednesdays and Thursdays 10am - 1:30pm until 18th December. We’ll then pause for Christmas and reopen 7th January - adding Friday to our opening days throughout January ☕️🍰😊

Our new studio space is being well used for yoga & movement sessions. This is a great way for learners to regulate their nervous system, increase flexibility & coordination. Not to mention the mental health benefits from this regular practice 🧘🧠😌

Our training cafe space is taking shape! This week, learners put their joinery skills to work building a temporary bar. There are so many skills at work here including fine & gross motor skills, numeracy, awareness of health & safety and of course team work.
