Day 10: Mia Thornton Mia entered the scene in season 6 after the craziness that occurred in season 5. It was a much-needed change of pace, and Mia was a breath of fresh air for the time being. Mia was introduced to us via the Grande Dame, Karen. Mia brought us her family life, her business life, and the stories she made up to keep things interesting. Mia immediately fell in love with Gizelle and found herself in a quick feud with Dr. Wendy and, later, a feud with Candiace during season 6. Also, there was a fallout with her childhood friend, Jacqueline, but they’ve made up since then. During her time on the show, Mia also had mini feuds with Karen, Ashley, and Gizelle as well. Season 9 was Mia’s final season, where eventually the things she was putting out there caught up to her.
