It can be hard knowing where to start with self-care; especially if things feel overwhelming. If this sounds familar, it might be helpful to check your battery; what level would you say you're at? Can you follow the suggested action? Even small acts can help us feel a bit better

It can be tempting to take the break between semeters as a chance to cram in work. Stress can make us think only in the short term, so remember to include breaks, physical activity, sleep and time with others as part of your study plans as best you can!
