Virginia took some important steps this year to strengthen protections for immigrant communities.
Advocates helped secure limits on certain ICE partnerships, protections for immigrant workers, and other important reforms.

But collective bargaining was vetoed, domestic worker overtime got punted, and H-2 visa farmworkers were left out.
