So….today is the day…from the office decoration , it looks official!
After over 22 years with @TCYoungLLP ( and over 40 years in the legal profession) I will be retiring from practice as a solicitor…this time tomorrow I will be a “retired lawyer” !! 😱

Three judge Sheriff Appeal Court bench tell a summary sheriff he was wrong not to follow previous single appeal sheriff decision re simple procedure expenses …then proceed to overturn that previous decision and reach same answer as the summary sheriff…I think?
