On Tuesday, we competed in our conference meet and placed second in the 4x4, running a season PR and also placing third in regionals. I personally split a 50 and am glad to be running well going into regionals. Shoutout to our coaches and teammates for pushing us and supporting us every step of the way.

During our “City County” meet, my teammates and I took 1st place overall, and we also won the 4x4. That meant a lot because we’ve been putting in work every day at practice, even when we’re tired or it’s hot. Individually, I ran a 51.84 in the 400, which is one of my best times so far. Each week, my times keep dropping, and I can actually feel the difference when I’m on the track.
