A couple of major life edges:
1. Don’t spend more than 30 minutes on anything you genuinely don’t want to do. Say “no” more to others, and “yes” more to yourself and your family.
2. Identify the people in your circle (real life or online) who are chronically negative or pessimistic. Turn their input weight down to zero, or even negative.

Man. Growing up a Liverpool fan was so HARD. Especially over here in Nigeria. Everyone looked at me weird when I said I was a Liverpool fan 15 years ago. Like what is a Liverpool lmao.
I even found it hard to watch matches cos Chelsea Arsenal United always got preeminence over what ever Liverpool match.
