“The psychological and physical harm to the Humboldt Broncos’ victims and their families was not adequately considered in the stay decision. To Minister of Public Safety @gary_srp: Will the Liberals appeal this decision and allow the victims’ families to be intervenors?” — @WarrenSteinley

Why is the CBC hijacking this tragic event and turning it into a sob story about a hardworking immigrant getting separated from his family? Why should foreigners get special protections in this country? Jaskirat Sidhu broke the law and was ordered to be deported. It is NOT racist to enforce the law. The people are DONE with your sob story @CBCNews … Start putting Canadians first!

Good question, Les! I am @cbcnews trained in Alberta, then a nat’l and foreign correspondent for @CTVNews. With 40 years experience in mainstream media journalism, if I start my own company and refuse federal subsidies, have I lost my “bona fides”? Why? Anyone? @CitImmCanada?

EXCLUSIVE: Humboldt Father Speaks Out, Exposes Why Sidhu Still Avoids Deportation: “He Only Cares About Himself" (WARNING: The contents of this story may be extremely upsetting or distressing to some viewers.) On April 6, 2018, a double-trailer semi-truck driven by Jaskirat Singh Sidhu blew through a stop sign at a rural intersection in Saskatchewan, Canada, and collided with a bus carrying the Humboldt Broncos players and staff, injuring 13 people and killing 16, most of them teenagers, including Chris Joseph’s son, Jaxon. After pleading guilty and serving roughly four years in prison, Sidhu has been on full parole since 2023. However, he has continued to dominate headlines, fighting tooth and nail not to be deported back to India. Jaxon’s father, Chris Joseph — a former NHL player and firefighter — says Sidhu is not the remorseful man the media portrays him to be, but a "selfish" one who affected his life “in the worst way possible,” and who continues to do so by seeking an exemption from the law after having destroyed 29 families. “The last time I ran my fingers through my son’s hair was in a morgue. He was cold, and he was beat up,” says Joseph, responding to the truck driver whose reckless driving resulted in the death of Joseph’s son Jaxon, along with 15 others, yet who continues to fight against deportation to India on the grounds that he does not want to be separated from his own son. While most Canadians agree with his deportation order, some columnists and politicians argue that he should be forgiven and not be separated from his family. “You tell me which child of yours you want to give up, and I will be the keyboard warrior hoping for forgiveness. It’s not about vindication — it’s about what’s right and what’s wrong, and the future of our country,” says Joseph, arguing that giving Sidhu an exemption from the law would set the wrong precedent for other unqualified drivers and signal that Canadian lives do not matter. “Everybody has told him he should be deported — the judge, the CBSA, the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Federal Court of Appeal — and he still keeps trying, because he is looking out for himself and he really doesn’t care about anybody else,” says Joseph, urging politicians not to interfere with the judicial process and to allow him to be deported as he is supposed to be. In this exclusive interview with @MediaBezirgan, Chris Joseph addresses those who advocate against Sidhu's deportation, discusses the corruption within the trucking industry, and explains why he no longer trusts the mainstream media when it comes to this story.

Makes sense when the pigs are bought off by the libs
The RCMP is not fan of the CONs party these days. The fact that there is a legitimate investigation should make those involved nervous. If indeed there's sufficient evidence to warrant charges, then do so. No one should above the law.

I am a licensed Canadian Veterinarian with 30 years of relevant knowledge, skill set and experience. In my professional opinion, there is no humane way to cull these birds due to their inherent behaviour: Heavy mass. Spindly legs that fracture easily. Prone to running without self preservation. Very resistant to ammunition. Almost impossible to herd. Highly sensitive. Poor target zones- size and location. Easily triggered by noise and movement. So, to humanely cull them in group numbers is virtually impossible. Meaning it would take high level skill to euthanize one humanely, let alone 396! Again, in my opinion, there is no reason to cull at this point and every reason not to. Really good reasons not to. Furthermore, the types of folks they have brought in to perform the cull are not animal welfare trained. From an outside perspective, the current situation seems to be a case of injured ego at the individual management level (can’t back down mindset) and governmental loss of control to a non-Canadian oversight organization. Little to no sovereignty. (Zero SOE reason at present). Literally the CFIA should not be governed by a non-sovereign organization, who truly does not care about these birds’ welfare. Those who could speak out are fearful to do so bc of potential loss of employ, licensure, livelihood and personal security- with good reason considering the unfairness we have seen and experienced throughout the past few years. Namely, severe penalties and incarceration for peaceful assembly and free speech rallying. Canada is not the free and dependable country it once proudly was. At some point someone has to point this out despite the personal risk. (There shouldn’t be any risk to do so, in a democracy.) I, personally, am appalled and deeply negatively affected by these proceedings and can see the clear necessity to stop this unnecessary, traumatic cull from an ethical animal welfare perspective. Public safety can be achieved through individual testing, observation for symptomology, isolation of any unwell individuals and possibly euthanasia of those that develop symptoms. Certainly a widespread cull is only going to cause mass injury, mass panic, massive suffering. The challenge is the species and its inherent behaviour. There are very few humane options for culling a large number of ratites at once. Therefore management and individual testing is only humane option. I would use a humane chute or gated graduated channel system to move them safely and calmly. Collect sample and release to sorting pens. The process should be as quick as possible. My personal professional opinion is: Humane treatment is paramount. The cull is unnecessary at this point. The governance needs to reconsider their position and see current shift away from necessity to cull. To understand that it is more beneficial to work with the natural immminity and preserve it for future use from a global health benefit perspective. The urgency to cull has long gone as the herd has self maintained its health. “Transmission without symptoms is largely a fallacy”-Dr. Byram Bridle. The birds are now geographically well contained and asymptomatic. They contain recovered natural immunity antibodies -the best and most robustly protective type. They could be an important reservoir of genetics and immunity for the prevention of an avian influenza pandemic. It is in the public protection interest to preserve this reservoir of antibodies. July 16, 2018: "The people in Jasper aren't saying they're wondering if the town's going to burn down, it's when the town is going to burn down," said Jasper resident David Millar. 98% of the pine trees in Jasper were infested by pine beetles and dead by 2019. They knew.

Jasper National Park has been my backyard and my playground for 35 years. There isn't a trail in the park that I haven't hiked. During those 35 years I've seen a lot of mismanagement, but nothing like I've witnessed during the last decade. I've ranted about it it all my videos, talked about it online, discussed it with other users and even written to the staff. The devastation that's happening right before our eyes was totally predictable. We all saw the hillsides covered in dead, beetle infested pines. Forest are living eco-systems that go through life and death cycles. The fires are natural, but didn't have to be this dramatic. Park managers should have conducted some controlled burns and cleared dead forests. As usual, everyone is full of prayers. That's not what we need. We need to abandon this woke ideology that has infiltrated all our institutions. We need heads to roll after this one. Don't praise the fire chief for his efforts. His primary job is to prevent forest fires, not put them out. Don't celebrate the the park's superintendent who wanted to rename mountains instead of maintaining a healthy eco system. Blame the bureaucrates who worried about wheelchair accessible trails instead of fire access roads. Criticize the politicians who sent billions to the Ukraine meat grinder instead of buying water bombers. I'm beginning to think this really is by design. Ottawa doesn't want Alberta to have anything nice.

Hey Turnbuckle, you know only cowards and 🍕💩 lying politicians turn off their comments eh. Call an election if your tax is sooo great.
If carbon pricing were the driver of inflation like #NoPlanPierre claims, then how has inflation come down from 8% to below 3% while the carbon price has been going up? It’s illogical and misleading given the facts. Read ⬇️ #cdnpoli cbc.ca/news/canada/calgary/c…

This is @Carrie298924321 who is named in this class action lawsuit. If you read the claim, her story is heartbreaking. Please consider reaching out to her to say hi and donating for much needed therapies. All donations go straight to Carrie: givesendgo.com/vaxinjuredgal
🚨MEDIA RELEASE🚨 Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Federal and Provincial Government for Misinformation and Negligence about risk and dangers of Covid-19 Vaccines A class action lawsuit has been filed by Rath & Company on behalf of Albertans harmed by the Covid-19 vaccines (the “Covid Vaccines”). This legal action is centered around allegations of unlawful, negligent, inadequate, improper, unfair, and deceptive practices by the Defendants in relation to the warning, marketing, promotion, and distribution of the Covid Vaccines. Carrie Sakamoto who filed the claim individually last year, is listed as class representative for the proposed class action lawsuit. The lawsuit, filed in the Court of King’s Bench in Lethbridge, Alberta, against the Government of Canada and Province of Alberta (the “Defendants”). The lawsuit claims that the Defendants were negligent, provided information they knew to be false and incomplete, and that they censored and suppressed truthful and reliable information about vaccine injuries thereby vitiating informed consent and causing harm to Ms. Sakamoto and many others in Alberta. The lawsuit goes on to allege misfeasance in public office and conspiracy to commit assault and battery on the public. Jeffrey Rath, lead counsel on the case, says: “I think Canadians will be shocked to learn about the rushed changes to safety standard for the Covid Vaccines which removed the requirement for the Covid Vaccines to be either “safe or effective” while, at the same time, the Defendants promoted, distributed, and marketed the Covid Vaccines as “safe and effective” to the public. And the Defendants didn’t stop there, they went further by coercion the public to take the Covid Vaccines by stripping rights from them or providing financial incentives for taking the Covid Vaccines. What does that do for informed consent? Does this amount to a conspiracy to commit assault and battery on the public? These are questions that we are asking the court to determine. And, I think, the public deserves some answers.” “The Government of Canada has already conceded, to the Public Accounts Committee, that the contracts with the manufacturers were rushed, did not contain the normal standards, and provided additional indemnities in favour of the manufacturers,” Eva. Chipiuk co-counsel on the case goes on to say. “The Defendants held themselves out as public health experts and gave medical advice to the public at large. They intentionally set out to build a relationship of trust between themselves and the public during the pandemic at a time when they knew the public was vulnerable and afraid. They knew or ought to have known that the public would be relying on their information for their health, safety and protection.” The class action represents all impacted individuals in Alberta. If you have been injured or otherwise adversely affected by the Covid Vaccines and with to join this class action lawsuit, please register by completing the online form at rathandcompany.com/vaccine-c…. Should the Court grant permission for this action to proceed as a “Class Action” (also known as “Certification”), you may qualify as a class member whether or not you have registered. Millions of Canadians relied on the representations of the Defendants at a time when they were particularly vulnerable. We now know that many Canadians suffered physical and psychological injuries due to the misinformation and negligence of the Defendants. This proposed class action lawsuit seeks justice for individuals who have suffered physical and psychological injuries or death due to the alleged negligence and misconduct by the Defendants in respect of the Covid Vaccines. It aims to hold the Defendants accountable and obtain compensation for those adversely affected.
