Sad news from Houston.
My friend Kurt Hester has died.
Nationally known strength and conditioning coach at Houston formerly served at Louisiana Tech where we met.
When he wrote his book he asked me to take the cover photo . I was proud to do so.

They won the 2023 D2 title with their particular being of football - running it down the throats of their opponents while stifling them on defense.
They start the 2025 season in the same way.
