For last two months, our office gave Claude code access (with custom IDE) for software dev teams. My working style now is completely different from what i was doing two months ago, like 180 deg paradigm shift. Tech sovereignty now taking front seat, India is utterly unprepared
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

The situation of mighty Godavari in her upper stretch. Thanks to Pranhita river, after Kaleshwaram, Godavari gets her life back. Upper Godavari waters are completely utilised by MH & TG, river left to dry. Thanks to Pranhita, Indiravati, & Sabari rivers, give life to Godavari 1/2
The Godavari river near Mancherial is almost dry. With very little water left. With no rain in the last few days. And not so good predictions for heavy rains. The situation looks very bad. 🎥Rajeev Pandey

Sedges and grasses are unsung heroes of climate resilience. While most attention goes to trees, these humble, often overlooked plants are among nature’s greatest water engineers and climate warriors. Their sponge-like stems and dense root systems help capture and store rainwater, releasing it gradually through the year, sustaining streams, rivers, wetlands, wildlife and communities far beyond the hills. Listen to our Forester Vivekanandam as he explains the invaluable role these remarkable grassland species play in securing water and sustaining life #TNForest #Climateresilience #biodiversity

The waves of Muttom in Kanyakumari dt will be remembering Bharathiraja, one of his favourite shooting spot. Rare rocky beach in Tamil Nadu coast. #RIPBharathiraja
Muttom in #Kanyakumari dt is the only place in #TamilNadu, where sea, rocky cliff & sand dunes meet. Many Tamil movies are shot here, Bharathiraja's favorite spot. Movies like Alaigal Oivathillai, Kadalora kavithaigal..etc are all shot here, incl the famous Adi Aathadi song 1/2

Rest in Peace Bharathiraja Sir. You are one of the rare directors who understood the geography of Tamil Nadu. Your films are set in nook and corner of the state, I am always amazed by your knowledge on Tamil Nadu & South Karnataka landscapes. 🫡🙏🕊️

Your character's are multifaceted and complex. For example, in Mudhal Mariyadhai, when I was a child, I felt bad for Sivaji Ganesan character but when I grew-up, I felt bad for Vadivukkarasi character, her life was compromised in the name of honor, her choice were ignored

I am starting a new series called #KnowOurFlora to talk about plant/trees of Tamil Nadu. Nilgiris and Palani(Kodai) hills are filled with invasive Mexican weeping pine trees (Pinus patula), native to Mexico planted by British for timber and landscaping. They are water guzzler 1/4

When you ever felt useless, always remember, Tamil Nadu has pollution control board, the most useless and corrupted entity in the state. When Sterlite was polluting Thoothukudi, TNPCB kept silent, they faced ZERO consequences. TN is a dumping ground of South India, nobody cares
The legendary company in Kerala is taking waste from that state and waste from Andhra, bringing it, and dumping it in Tirunelveli. Tamil Nadu is increasingly becoming a leaderless state.

Only way TNPCB can improve is, fire every single one of them incl normal support staff and prosecute them. Burn the building down, remove every small memory of TNPCB & it's history and rebuild them afresh with people participation

TNPCB is purposely underfunded without any modern equipment or capabilities. It is a self serving entity, exist solely to save each other's back and self congratulating themselves.
