I struggled with this a lot as a school leader. The culture of the building is shaped by what we PROMOTEā¦but also what we PERMIT. The people who work the hardest get frustrated when behaviors of those that donāt are tolerated. #LeadFromWhereYouAre

The best piece of advice Iāve ever received on leadership:
Itās not about being the loudest voice in the room, itās about being the most consistent.
Show up, lead by example, and stay true to your values.
People will follow consistency more than charisma.
