Jennings looked at him and asked the question that broke the man: “Are you a normal person?” Talarico is the guy who thinks there are six genders, says eating meat is immoral, and believes God is non-binary. And this clown really thought he could sell him as the future of Texas. The left is so far gone they don’t even realize how insane they sound anymore.

The status quo is not working and is unacceptable.” The bill would shift agencies away from backward-looking annual estimates and toward proactive, ongoing fraud risk assessments focused on payments that cause actual financial loss to taxpayers, using the GAO’s fraud risk management framework.

James Talarico says he believes in the 2nd Amendment ‘just as much as’ the First and doesn’t pick and choose between Bill of Rights freedoms. Then he adds the qualifier: like any of them, it’s ‘not absolute.’ This is the Democratic Party’s signature move: Wrap the desired policy outcome in constitutional-sounding language, affirm the right out loud, then immediately carve out the exception you need. If the Bill of Rights is only ‘not absolute’ when it gets in the way of the agenda, which right is next?

Now that the Trump administration has confirmed that ICE will be surging into NYC, Zohran is already resorting to fearmongering about ICE. 'I want to be very clear about the fact that I believe that ICE raids are cruel. They are inhumane. They do nothing to serve the interest of public safety.' In reality, these operations do serve the interests of public safety. Zohran's opposition is driven by the fact that effective enforcement undercuts one of the political levers he relies on to maintain power.
