Grateful for a wonderful team and admins who believe this sentiment. We all carry each otherβs load when some of us just need a break or must take care of families. The idea of constant sacrifice will continue to drive educators away.

If a teacher needs to be out, our response should be βTake care of you.β The sub shortage shouldnβt keep educators from taking care of themselves. Iβd rather a teacher be gone for a day than leave forever due to a lack of empathy.
