“Why I Found TRACD - Revealed” In 2018… everything changed. The British government cruelly confiscated my little boy’s life-saving medicine, leaving him hospitalised in a prolonged life-threatening seizure. Fighting for his life. No warning. No compassion. No choice. I was told to accept it. I refused. I stood up. I spoke out. We took on the British government. Prescription cannabis was legalised. We won. But nearly eight years on that promise has not been delivered to you. Only a handful of NHS prescriptions exist. If you need access today, you’re pushed into a private system. Expensive. Inconsistent. And out of reach for many. And while you’re left navigating that, the system is failing. Weak oversight by the Home Office, causing-inconsistent quality supply. Overprescribing by some bad actors. And beyond the prescription system there’s another cruel reality this government has ignored for far too long. A £2.6 billion unregulated market. 3 million people - people like you across the UK and Crown Dependencies. This is your reality. This is your doorstep. This affects you. You have been stigmatised for too long. Demand already exists. People like you are already participating. But you’re being pushed, punished, criminalised into an unregulated, unsafe, market and that is a political choice. They made the laws without you. With TRACD you are now part of the conversation. TRACD is your voice. To stand with you.To protect you. To put your health before politics and to create a safe legal pathway so you are no longer forced into the unregulated market. TRACD is giving you your power back. We are calling on governments across the UK Jersey Guernsey The Isle of Man to act for you. To support an adult-use regulated recreational pilot built on safety. Built on evidence.Built on accountability. This pilot will deliver what politics has failed to. Real data. On your health. On your use. On the real impact and on reducing the illicit trade that affects you. With full oversight. and a clear path to legislation. From criminalised to recognised. This is your voice. This is about reducing harm for you. Protecting you. No more stigma. No more criminalization. We are building a system that works in your real world, regulated recreational adult use. 1000’s of voices - from every corner of the nation and British Crown Dependencies. I have listened - Properly listened. An enormous challenge? Yes! But the evidence is clear. The moment is now. I won’t dress it up, this isn’t something I can do alone. If we’re serious about changing the system, it takes people, not just one voice. It takes all of us stepping forward, backing this, speaking up, and demanding better. Together, we can build something real, a proper movement powered by ordinary people, gathering the evidence, showing the impact, and making the case for a regulated adult-use cannabis market that actually works. That’s how change happens: not by waiting, but by standing together and pushing for it. Charlotte x Join TRACD. Link in comments 👇

Prohibition has failed. Regulation works. TRACD is focused on evidence, public health, and responsible adult access to cannabis through regulated, controlled frameworks that protect communities and reduce harm. This matters.

Zurich launched Züri Can – Cannabis with Responsibility, a scientific initiative designed to study how consumer behavior changes when people have access to legal cannabis within a regulated system - results were so robust and consistent that the country chose to double down on the initiative. Andreas Hauri - “An uncontrolled black market with contaminated products is not an option,” the official summarized. It’s hard to argue with that. #TRACDuk Link in comments👇

One conversation at a time, we’re building support for a sensible, responsible approach to cannabis policy reform. Delighted to have the support and engagement of Joney Faragher MHK, Leader of the Manx Labour Party. Joney brings a thoughtful, evidence-led perspective shaped by her work supporting children and young adults. Quietly, steadily, we’re making progress.

The most credible estimate valued the UK’s illicit cannabis market at £2.6 billion over a decade ago. It’s almost certainly much bigger today. TRACD’s analysis of ONS and Crime Survey data suggests between 3 and 3.5 million people in the UK used cannabis in the last year. Let that sink in. Millions are already using cannabis. The real question is: why are we still allowing the illicit market to profit instead of regulating it responsibly? Join the movement. Link in comments 👇

Whenever we get a chance, our favourite time of the day is our early morning walks along the beach… a chance to reflect, pause, and appreciate these precious moments together. Today, I’m reminded of how incredible it is to watch plant medicine continue to heal this little boy from the inside out. Billy is not just surviving, he is thriving. And the best part? ZERO seizures. Our heart’s are full. Happy Friday, everyone 💜

A poll launched by Daily Express on April 20th 2026 is turning heads - 75% of respondents now support legalising cannabis for recreational use. That’s a huge majority and a clear sign attitudes may be shifting fast. The conversation around cannabis in the UK is changing and it’s getting harder to ignore. #TRACD

Multiple adult cannabis users are entering the private prescription system because there is still no regulated pathway for responsible adult-use access. That’s not sustainable. Medical systems should prioritise genuine patients, not fill the gap left by outdated policy. This is why TRACD matters. We need a controlled, evidence-led framework focused on public health, safety, education, harm reduction, and responsible regulation. Ignoring reality is no longer working. It’s time for a safer, regulated approach. #TRACD

Spent yesterday back in Guernsey meeting with politicians and, honestly, I’ve come away genuinely humbled and grateful for their time, transparency, and unprecedented support shown towards TRACDuk It’s refreshing to sit around the table with people who simply want to do things properly …. for the people. No conflict of interest. No muddying the waters. No hidden agenda - just genuine, honest individuals, quietly working away behind the scenes trying to make meaningful change happen. That deserves recognition. A huge thank you and enormous respect to Gavin St Pier Rob Curgenven Progress will only come through these types of honest conversations. Today reminded me of that. Progress.

A very positive and productive few days meeting with politicians, Home Office licensed cultivators, and key people across Jersey. There’s a real sense that attitudes are shifting and meaningful conversations are finally happening. It’s genuinely been a breath of fresh air to sit around the table with people who are open-minded, forward-thinking, and focused on doing things properly. Positive things are happening, and it feels like real progress is being made. TRACDuk @NorthernLeaf Green Island Growers @Caprica @GreenReview

The purpose of TRACD is to “move beyond theoretical debate and explore whether regulated access can reduce criminal market harms while improving public health protections through a properly governed pilot programme.” This matters. Join the movement tracd.co.uk

Instead of wasting billions on failed prohibition policies, we should invest in evidence-led regulation, transparent supply chains, and adult-use cannabis research through TRACD. TRACD is designed to protect communities, reduce organised crime, create accountable regulation, generate tax revenue, and provide policymakers with real-world public health data. It’s time to put public safety, transparency, and responsible regulation first. Finally. Join the movement - tracd.co.uk
