A quantum #SNAQ: Using an exact analytical decomposition of the plaquette operator, we construct a quantum algorithm for Trotterized real-time evolution. Once again, a #qudit quantum computer would be ideal for this job.
This project already has been on my mind for a long time, but this is just the beginning: There are several interdisciplinary connections, ranging from #topological#order to #quantum#gravity, to be explored… Stay tuned!
