Whatever you think of tariffs, it’s clear that now is the worst possible time for the United States to participate in a military strike on Iran. We can’t afford it. Thousands of Americans would die. We’d lose the war that follows. Nothing would be more destructive to our country. And yet we’re closer than ever, thanks to unrelenting pressure from neocons. This is suicidal. Anyone advocating for conflict with Iran is not an ally of the United States, but an enemy.

The Trump administration removed 11 U.S. Institute of Peace (USIP) board members, installing Kenneth Jackson as Acting President with support from Def Sec Hegseth and Sec of State Rubio.
DOGE arrived with FBI agents, but USIP’s lawyer initially blocked them. Monday, DC Police escorted Jackson inside.
USIP’s old leadership refused access and even tried firing private security.

It is unconstitutional for Pres. Biden to engage in acts of war in Yemen.
It doesn’t matter how appropriate you think it is for the U.S. to take on Houthis or terrorists or anyone.
Congress has not authorized war in Yemen. Engaging in war there is unlawful.

President Biden insisted many times he would never pardon his own son for his serious crimes. But last night he suddenly granted a “Full and Unconditional Pardon” for any and all offenses that Hunter committed for more than a decade!
Trust in our justice system has been almost irreparably damaged by the Bidens and their use and abuse of it.
Real reform cannot begin soon enough!
