People wonder what rock bottom is like:
Its losing your girlfriend of many years.
It’s losing your job.
Having Health issues.
It’s losing pets you cared for.
It’s being alone.
Family/Friends are great. But it is not fun being here.
But the only way is up
Focus on it!
