Very happy to share our latest paper funded by our @VersusArthritis programme grant: Identification of a transcription factor network regulating anti-TNF mediated IL10 expression in human CD4 T cells academic.oup.com/discovimmun…
This paper follows from our previous work which showed an increase in IL-10 expressing CD4 T cells following anti-TNF therapy in vitro and in vivo. We used RNASeq and ATACseq to identify a putative transcriptional network consisting of MAF, PRDM1 and/or EOMES that may drive this
Big congratulations and thanks to the team @giopovo @M_L_Ridley et al. for your hard work and perseverance and thank you to @discovimmunol for publishing the work!
And here is the link to our other paper on pain in inflammatory arthritis - a wonderful collaboration with @ZoeRutter2, @bannister_lab, Bruce Kirkham and Heidi Lempp and most importantly, with individuals living with painful #arthritis: onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/…
