I had the honor of doing the layout for the Space 1999 TTRPG. I'm so thankful to @peregrinecorone who invited me to work on this and who has done an incredible job creating this book, and to the folks at @GerryAndersonTV for trusting me with such a beloved IP.

I'm sadly not going to make it to UKGE this year, ending my 6/7 year unbroken streak of attending! The logistics of going with the bub in tow just didn't work out this year, so I'll look forward to seeing all you cool folks at Dragonmeet or UKGE 2026!

Currently deep in the parenthood trenches but since bub now goes to sleep a earlier, I get a couple hours where I get to unwind and play video games and I might bite the bullet, ignore the "revamp your twitch before trying to stream again" voice in my head and just stream...

Today InDesign has: - Greyed out the option to save and save as - Greyed out the option to Undo - Disabled Adobe Fonts on its own - Disabled fonts that I had litterally just enabled. - Crashed while opening the .Idml file I created as a work around to its save issue.

Its like its built to break itself once every three months. At this point, a re-install of CC and its software is becoming too regular of an occurrence for my liking. Thank god I haven't had to pay full price for Adobe in the last couple years.

Update: As soon as I catch up with work after being unwell pregnancy difficulties this week I'm making this a thing. Might give me something to do while on maternity leave soon too. So if you want to see me more casually ramble/post about board games and rpgs keep an eye out?

I finally picked up the Deathmatch Island TTRPG today after seeing it a while ago and being intrigued. Lets just say this is top of my list when I get back to running games. Also, I absolutely love the design/layout/art. Its so clean but also so evocative, just *chefs kiss*.

Begging retailers to stop using EVRi. They are impossible to talk to if there's an issue and have a track record of packages going missing or being left in unsecure locations. Challenge to delivery companies 2024: Actually deliver the packages you're paid to deliver.

How trading standards aren't having a field day with EVRi I have no idea, because it seems that they don't actually provide the service the charge for 80% of the time, nor do they have a functional way of actually dealing with issues when they arise.

But if you're wondering what I've been doing other than work and rearranging my flat to fit baby items, its mostly been Fallout 76, watching House of the Dragon, re-learning embroidery, collecting vintage costume jewellery, and having fun baking new things!
