I have been an Uber user for over 10 years and an Uber One subscriber for almost as long as itโs been an optionโฆ but Iโm about ready to switch to Lyft. I have longer and longer pick up wait times, more expensive rides, and the bait and switch of putting the more expensive rides

Before the others. Tonight I had one Uber Eats order cancel, another delay and then the driver canceled, only to get a bag of only drinks and no food. Uber support gave us a Uber cash for the delay and then said they couldnโt do anything for not getting any food. ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ
