Thank you for raising this @Sioned_W. People with learning disabilities and their families have campaigned for over 40 years about the fact that a learning disability is not a mental health issue.

Yet the new First Minister included learning disabilities under the portfolio for mental health.
This must be addressed without delay, and I explained why today in the Senedd.
