Christmas can be hard, especially this year. The South Lanarkshire Community Wellbeing helpline can be called on 0303 123 1009 for people shielding who can't access essential food and medication. Open 8.45am-4.45pm Monday-Thursday and 8.45am -4.15pm on Friday.
