5-3 to not day 2 for the first time in RQs. The combination of travel fatigue, not playing well and unfortunate match ups got me. Set 3 has not been going great so far, hoping for things to turn around next week in Hartford

Started 3-0 and got slow played into the draw bracket before being slow played for two more rounds. Unfortunately a lot of players in China are not time sensitive and rule enforcement doesn’t help when we regularly see 120 minute match in elimination rounds 😔

Playing some Fiora in the Tianjin regionals. @RandyyyTCG upped his hair game to see if it improves his performance this weekend. Will he win it all?!

Another tournament, another top 64. Went 4-1 on the day with the loss being a concession to a friend needing qualification and my tiebreakers were too bad for a shot at top 8. Happy @Liquid_Fr0zen got his Q as well on the op deck. Cheering for @AlanzqTFT to take it all down!

6-2 day one in Vancouver on Azir. Most of the games felt difficult, especially vs @Prismaticismism. Happy the rest of the test group is 7-1 or better and in prime position to put up more good results!

Playing in China as a foreigner is rough, language barrier can lead to miscommunication and tournament policies are different Lost my last round to Aurora Sivir - Win game 1 - Get deck checked before siding - I had 1x English tideturner in my deck (idk why I was sure that I double checked) - That is an invalid card, you can’t play english there (I was aware and didn’t notice its my fault) - Ruling applied is a game loss for deck presentation error - Game loss is applied to the game 1 and not the upcoming game 2 - win the game going 1st - lose the last game Lose 1/2 unlucky we aren’t playing t64 tomorrow Those rulings and the way they were applied are in coherence with how they were applied in China in the past, there was no targeting or unfair treatment, it is just unlucky Thanks to Brighton as always for his help and Mr Zhu for being a great judge over there, I will run it back in two weeks if I get selected in the raffle
Xi’an Regional thread Will update results in the comments Running Diana 🌙 this weekend

One of the most conceptually beautiful deck I’ve played in riftbound. I didn’t do the deck justice in Sydney 😭
Here is the list @TalionHS @Liquid_Fr0zen and myself piloted in Sydney youtu.be/zbZCKnbrIVY?si=4Heq… Finished 2nd best fiora bc we suck Very spicy Aurora Fiora piltoverarchive.com/decks/vi…

Finished 9-3-1 for top 64 in Sydney. Unfortunately runner up in the best of Fiora, but the revamped prize structuring was pleasant. We go again next weekend in Xi’an!

7-0-1 day 1 in the Sydney RQ with Fiora. Thought I played exceptional for the most part. Hoping the momentum carries to tomorrow!

Everybody replying "in set 1 and 2 I was winning without aurora" little bro it's set 3, you're not casting that elder for 12 (500 likes and ill make it my mission to cast elder for 12 in sydney) pls dont rt this i dont want to do it 🥲
This whole aurora skill or not debate is useless and besides the issue Playing vs Aurora feels like a complete waste of time and that’s the problem You miss turn 1 => you lose They miss aurora => they lose They see aurora t3 => you lose They see gust aurora and ramp => you lose You remove aurora from their hand => they lose You destroy aurora on the spot => they lose In All of these scenarios the games are boring af and a complete waste of time, neither player has a chance to display any skill You only play a real game when they get to aurora a bit later and need to be crafty and smart, that’s the « difference in skill » between aurora players The truth is, that skill diff exists, but the issue is that we went from games being winnable vs t4 aurora to almost unwinnable if you don’t draw your immediate out Aurora is too strong right now so this problem is very apparent, but it’s just a design issue and the card should be banned imo because of how unfun it is to play against and how it limits design and deckbuilding for orange Ps dont come at me with skilled aurora players win without it its complete cope only aurora yi could do that into spell decks because of deadbloom zhonya set 1

It's still hard to believe everything that happened this past weekend. I want to highlight the success of the Prize Card Hunters discord group, with 3/8 players in top 8 myself, @AlanzqTFT, and Frosty best-of Kaisa, and Caera who made top 64. Frosty was my only loss all event too

Last meal in Atlanta before heading back to Shanghai with these two sickos @RandyyyTCG @Liquid_Fr0zen. Ending the trip on a high note narrowly avoided losing all 4 credit card roulettes this weekend!

Dropped from the main event at 7-3. I usually play out the event regardless of record, but with literally nothing to play for it just doesn’t make sense. Imo prize wall ticks should be given out for main as well so that people out of contention still have something to play for

6-2 day 1 in the Atlanta RQ with Irelia, switched last minute because I thought it was a better choice in the winners metagame. Royally threw vs @Prismaticismism and got caught by the Viktor police for my losses.

10-3 for the top 64 at RQ Lille. All 3 losses were to Irelia with the giga nuts, which happens considering it’s the deck with the highest ceiling. Overall, Azir felt pretty good, might run it back for Atlanta. Mu: 4-3 irelia, 2-0 Draven, 1-0 Lucian, 1-0 Fiora, 1-0 Jax, 1-0 Garen

7-1 day 1 at Lille RQ on Azir. People kept asking if I’m playing for metal, while I just played what I thought was the best deck for this event 🥶
