@KuwaitAirways my parents were flying Business Class on KU118 (Dec 6, JFK). They were boarded, then deboarded after a technical issue, sent home with no clear update. Their luggage was kept, and we still have zero information. No one answers for help!

Just called their 24*7 number, wasting money for an international call- as they didn’t have any update to give even after the whole day has passed by. They are treating the business class passengers with no clarity and information. @KuwaitAirways do better!

The woman at the entry (don’t know her name, don’t want to) LIED to our group member who booked the table. Let only 12 in. The other 5? Ignored.
We had full payment receipts chats.
Still got treated like we didn’t exist.

We were 17 people. Booked a big table. Spoke directly to MVM Entertainment. Told them we wanted to sit together and would likely order more drinks.
Everything was “confirmed.”
