Our yearly all-hands retreats at @tango_agency are one of the things I'm most proud of! Just came back from Greece with a full charge. We did exactly zero hackathons, crunch sessions, big speeches and fake motivational events. Last time, we rented 4x4s and travelled around Iceland for a week, this time the theme was a bit different - everyone came with their families and we spent 10 days on the Halkidiki peninsulas. Before the trip, I wasn't really sure if it would work - maybe the kids would be too much, maybe the families would be uncomfortable? Now I wouldn't have it any other way! I love how people get to know each other by meeting their partners and kids. Or the kind of bonding you get over solving simple problems together - planning trips, cooking meals, organising a barbecue or a boat ride. Can't wait for next year.
