2025 taught me more than any other year in business. Here's the honest recap. 3 wins I'm proud of: 1) Worked with bigger clients I stopped working with anyone who had a budget. Started working with founders who had real businesses and real problems.

2) Cold outbound works I resisted this for too long. Learning to reach out, start conversations, and generate my own opportunities changed everything.

3) Sales is a skill Writing emails for clients is different from selling your own services. 2025 forced me to learn both. Also grew from 2.2k to 5k followers. Almost 1M impressions on LinkedIn. 2026 is going to be a big year. What was your biggest win or lesson from 2025?

What happens when every founder finally takes email seriously? That's 2026. Here are my predictions: 1) Email lists stop being optional The social media scares of the past few years have taught founders a hard lesson.

4) AI handles execution, humans handle judgment AI will write faster, test more, and optimize better. But knowing when to sell, what to say, and how to build trust? That stays human. The founders who learn to work with AI will outperform everyone else.

He became the bottleneck in his own email operation. The real cost isn't the hours spent managing them. It's the opportunities missed because nobody's thinking strategically. This company has a 700K list generating 90K monthly. The math doesn't work.

I find the opportunities and build the systems to capture them without consuming your time micromanaging me. The CMO told me he's tired of pulling teeth to get results. Technical skills are table stakes. Strategic thinking is what you're actually paying for.

Most email people wait for direction. Few think like business owners who happen to specialize in email. If you're looking for a strategic email partner, DM me.
