As a club, we are heartbroken to announce the passing of John ‘Parky’ Parkinson, who has been with Tarleton Corinthians from boyhood as a player, manager, treasurer and groundsman, and without whom the club certainly wouldn’t be the club it is today. (1/4)

John was the embodiment of club; all working together to give players, especially youth teams, every chance to have a go at sport. We recently named our First Team pitch after John. Whilst only a small sign of our affection for him, we know that now, for years to come. (3/4)
