. @KyomiHQ why is my first RYO slower than an sp004? Okay I’m joking. In defence of @DYSPHORIAHQ . In light of the MIO drama going on. This video was recorded on the same RYO unit. The argument displayed was via glide tests like these instead of formulated drop tests. Which have been pushing a narrative they there are lots of MIO faulty units even though there is lack of comparative data. I recorded this video to prove that you are not proving anything doing these types of glide tests. There are too many factors to consider. These range from the force being different each time you throw you mouse, different skates , different mice. There are infinite ways to convey an issue but you decided to do the least compatible tests. Anyone can make their mousepad look fast by throwing their mouse. The MIO units in China and across other regions have been fine as of late with minimal issues I’ve heard from. The issues are being exaggerated through online posts about the “faulty” units without data that we can compare and let’s be real, not many post about their units when it’s standard quality. The difference between good and bad units is so massive, I’m not saying there aren’t bad units because there always can be. E.g the rare warping issue. But I’m sick and tired of reading post after post about miss information regarding the manufacturing process and other stuff. I’ve always stated that you should take it up with support and get it handled through proper channels. Always contact support for clarification before doing anything. And remember, ANYONE CAN THROW THEIR MOUSE .

The company @TechMoee have reached out to offer a sampling of their new custom keycap service they are rolling out. For what you get, it's an incredibly affordable service for some seriously high-quality aluminum alloy CNC keycaps, hand-painted colors by trained enamel professionals, and image illustrators available to you for getting your design exactly how you want it before ordering. The customization process for my samples was directly requested with their customer service rep, but they have a proper customization webpage prepared now so you can upload the design you'd like for either laser marking or engraving (these are engraved, I believe the marking is more like a laser print on top). Then, you can customize the colors of both your design and the keycap (8 colors currently), and then you simply add the finished design to cart after confirming it looks correct in the previews and place your order. They allow for single keycap orders so no ridiculous quantity, prices starting at $9.99 with stacking discounts for multiple quantities, and these things shipped out literally the same day I sent over my design in my case. Certain asian countries are able to order 2 keycaps for $2.99 with free shipping, while some others can get 4 keycaps for $4.99 with free shipping WHICH INCLUDES USA, CANADA, UK, AUSTRALIA and parts of EUROPE! That pricing sounds unreal if you think about it. Just an incredibly cool service I believe with more options for customization down the pipeline (possibly even fully 3d artisan type customization options in the future?!). P.S.
