There's something about the flag that stops you, if you let it. It's every ordinary person who did something extraordinary. Every moment of courage that shaped our future. Every piece of our 250 year history is woven into it. Today, on Flag Day, reflect, remember, and honor all that has gotten us here.

Since 1775, generations of Americans have raised their right hand, put on the uniform, and shown up when it mattered most. Happy Birthday Army.

We're excited to share that Team Red, White & Blue has been selected as a host organization for Claude Corps, a new national fellowship program launched by @AnthropicAI to help nonprofits harness the power of AI for greater impact. Over the next year, Claude Corps Fellows will work alongside nonprofit organizations across the country to develop solutions that improve operations, expand capacity, and help mission-driven teams serve more people. At Team RWB, we believe technology should strengthen human connection, not replace it. As we continue working to enrich Veterans' lives through community, purpose, and well-being, we're exploring how AI can help us better understand, engage, and support Eagle Nation. As our Senior Director of Technology, Dan Brostek, shared: "Team Red, White & Blue has always innovated with technology to enrich Veterans' lives. AI is reshaping the landscape we operate in, and we're investing in the tools that will define how we deliver our mission for the next decade. For Team RWB, community is the solution. Claude Corps Fellows will help us scale it with data, automation, and personalization." We're honored to be part of this inaugural cohort and look forward to sharing what we learn along the way. bit.ly/4eE6n8E

She leads here. 🦅 Women Veterans Day. Leadership doesn't retire when the uniform does. These three Eagles are proof. Sarah B. served 4 years in the Marine Corps as a radio operator and combat marksmanship instructor. She left with a plan: use her GI Bill, earn her wings, and keep serving. Today she flies air ambulance missions, getting patients to the care they need. She found Team RWB to stay rooted in the Veteran community and keep spreading the fire about running and fitness. Some people hang up the uniform. Sarah just found a new way to fly. Viviana served 12 years in the Army as a Preventive Medicine Specialist and Drill Sergeant and found Team RWB while deployed in Kuwait. She knew then that service doesn't stop at the uniform. Now she builds spaces where Veterans and women feel connected, valued, and strong. Sarah H. served as a Coast Guard Officer running search and rescue operations, counter-narcotic missions at sea, and coordinating rescue and recovery after Hurricane Katrina. Today she teaches yoga, competes in jiu-jitsu, and serves on her Parish's Water Board. The mission just looks different now. Three branches. One Eagle Nation. 🔥 Tag a woman Veteran who leads in your community.

1 Flag. 5 Days. 250 Miles. Today, @wearblue and @TeamRWB are proud to announce One Flag Forward, presented by @USAA. One Flag Forward is not a race or memorial march. It's a mission. Beginning September 12, 2026, one American flag will travel 250 miles from New York City to Washington, D.C., carried hand-to-hand by members of the Military-connected community. The mission marks the 25th anniversary of 9/11, the day our nation came together, and the 250th anniversary of the United States. In the military, when different units come together for a joint mission, they rally under a single flag. That's exactly what this is. Purpose over brand. Mission over logo. wear blue and Team RWB are setting aside their own colors to move together under one banner: the American flag. Not the wear blue flag. Not the Team RWB flag. One flag. Forward. And we want you to be part of it. Join us as we honor service, remember sacrifice, and carry the mission forward together: oneflagforward.org

Most people wouldn't volunteer to spend months at a time underwater on a submarine. Ron Roen did. The Wisconsin native spent 20 years serving our nation in the Navy, first as an enlisted submariner and later as an Intelligence Officer. Along the way, he built a reputation for putting his team first, staying positive, and never giving up. Today, Ron brings that same spirit to Team RWB. Whether he's logging his daily steps, practicing yoga, training for races, or navigating the challenges of dementia, Ron continues to show what resilience, community, and purpose look like in action. "The person experiencing it is a human being. And most people treat human beings well." Read Ron's inspiring story and learn why the Navy was lucky to have him — and why Team RWB is even more fortunate to call him an Eagle. 🔗 Read more: bit.ly/4uRDNX2

These Eagles didn't just hit the trail. They helped restore it. 9 Oregon Eagles recently spent a day clearing debris, climbing over downed trees, navigating damaged sections of trail, and helping reopen the South Breitenbush Gorge Trail after severe winter storms. It wasn't glamorous or easy, but that's what Eagles do. They show up, get to work, and leave their communities better than they found them. Way to get after it, Oregon Eagles! 🦅 🔥

Colorado Eagles showed up and showed out at last weekend's Spartan Race! More than 50 Eagles came together in Colorado Springs to tackle obstacles, conquer challenging terrain, and cheer one another across the finish line. From the first obstacle to the finish line photo, Eagle Nation was out in full force. Way to get after it, Colorado! 🦅 🔥

Surfing in Portugal? Hiking to the edge of Europe? Rock climbing along the Atlantic coast? Sounds like a dream vacation... or our first international Eagle Expedition! That's right. Last month, over six incredible days in Colares, Portugal, Eagles learned to surf, practiced daily yoga, hiked 7 miles to Cabo da Roca—the westernmost point of continental Europe—and filled every spare moment with adventure, connection, and exploration. These experiences are about more than seeing amazing places. They're an opportunity for Veterans to challenge themselves, build meaningful relationships, and discover what's possible when they step outside their comfort zone. And judging by these photos, Portugal delivered. Learn more about Eagle Expeditions: bit.ly/3Ohuah9

6 June 1944. The world stopped and listened. Radio broadcasts crackled to life as news of the D-Day Invasion spread across the country. In shipyards, living rooms, and storefronts, Americans huddled around receivers waiting, hoping, and praying for good news. Many of them knew someone on those beaches. What those men carried that day — the weight, the uncertainty, the resolve — secured freedom for generations to come. 82 years later, we move to honor them. The Operation OverLOAD Monthly Mission starts now. Ruck, walk, or hike 6 miles. That's one for each D-Day landing sector. Accept the mission: bit.ly/4wREYay

One Soaring Eagle. Two Abbot World Marathons. More than $65,000 raised and counting. Jeff Baldo is going all in to support Team RWB and our mission to enrich Veterans' lives. As a Soaring Eagle, Jeff is currently fundraising for both the Sydney Marathon and the Berlin Marathon, helping create opportunities for veterans to build connection, find purpose, and improve their health and well-being through Team RWB. Last weekend, Jeff hosted a fundraiser, and several Orange County Eagle Leaders came out to show their support. It's a powerful example of what happens when members of our community rally around a shared mission. His ultimate goal? Run one Abbot World Marathon a year for 8 years while raising $250K for our mission. Thank you, Jeff, for your commitment to Eagle Nation and for helping strengthen the veteran community one mile at a time. Learn more: bit.ly/4xc6IqE

1,380,029 That's how many Memorial Minutes you logged for our nation's fallen, Eagle Nation! For 25 days, you walked, ran, rucked, cycled, lifted, stretched, and moved with purpose. Every minute was a reminder that freedom is not free and that the legacy of those who gave their lives in service to our country will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸

Military Appreciation Month? We're grateful for it. But honoring Veterans is a 365-day commitment. That's why we're proud to partner with organizations like Armed Forces Vacation Club. Earlier this month, their team dedicated miles during a corporate 5K to Service Members, Veterans, and Military Families. Because appreciation isn't a campaign. It's a commitment.

What happens after the uniform comes off? That’s the question Team RWB Executive Director Michael “Sully” Sullivan explores in a powerful conversation on the Transition Drill Podcast. In this episode, Sully reflects on leadership, identity, family, military transition, and what it means to build purpose after a 30-year Army career that included service as a Green Beret and senior military leader. But this conversation goes beyond military service. It’s an honest discussion about transition itself — the uncertainty, the loss of identity many Veterans experience, the importance of community, and why purpose and connection matter long after service ends. At Team RWB, we believe no Veteran should navigate that journey alone. Thank you to the Transition Drill Podcast for the thoughtful conversation and opportunity to share why building health, relationships, and belonging upstream matters for Veterans and their families.
