7) If your fence can wait, we’d suggest doing so. Prices do go up during surge periods to help cover the overtime that staff put in to manage the workload.
6) Lead times are 3-4 weeks from quote acceptance currently and likely to be longer as jobs start to come in. Once the quote is accepted, we’ll come back to you within a week with a scheduled install date.
5) Please note that call volumes increase hugely and we do not always have the staff to manage all incoming calls.

4) Expect delays with quotes being written up and sent. We will be working through a large backlog.
You are not obligated to accept any variations and can cancel the work order as long as it is before the install date. Deposits will be refunded, if you have paid one (T&C’s apply).
3) If you want to get the ball rolling with your insurance company, consider doing an online estimate through our web portal. For accurate quotes, we need accurate information. We will site-check a job before proceeding and advise of any variations before going ahead with the job

2) There will be a delay with getting out to your property to quote. When you get quoted will depend on your area, as above. We do not want to make promises we cannot keep, so please don’t ask us for timeframes. We’ll get to you as soon as we can.
During Storms:
1) We cannot make any guarantees that we can visit your property. Estimators will work in an area with the largest amount of calls before moving to the next area.
