The unit shown by the service center looks like it was kept in a junk yard. It is either damaged by your team or swapped. I will approach the Consumer Forum if not resolved immediately. @jagograhakjago

@RockWithboAt Horrible experience! Sent my headphones in perfect condition for warranty (Ticket: [63048875). Now rejected citing physical damage & sent these dirty photos. I have timestamped video proof of mint condition before handover. Fix this! @amangupta0303
