Lot here I agree with, financial regulators should leave the promoting of innovation to others, not their job…
So many academics, former regulators, and companies have been pushing politicians and regulators to promote “innovation” that is often little more than permitting the worst abuses and risk taking of tradfi. Recent market events have … accelerated that.
