The @SFPublicLibrary system plans to open all of its branches today - a day after closing 18 of them early because of the wildfire smoke that drifted into the Bay Area. When the AQI reaches 151 they shut down branches that lack 'advanced mechanical ventilation systems'. @KQEDnews
