My father is not Otedola But my mother never lifted a finger to work during any of her pregnancies. She is still a size 8 at 67 because daddy keeps funding her healthy feeding I grew up eating veggies like Broccoli, kale, cauliflower, zucchini, radishes etc because my father could afford paying for them to be brought fresh from Jos for his wife monthly. My mom grows berries, custard apples and other exotic fruits at home because her husband could afford a house with enough land for her horticultural garden and is building her a bigger house with even more land for gardening If I say I want a man with my father’s money A LOT of you in this generation won’t be able to afford 1% of the comfort he gave and still gives my mom. I eat salads, drink green teas constantly and I know how expensive they are. The average Nigerian man cannot daily pay 12k for breakfast and dinner salad (I am doing this for myself as a single woman because I grew up eating this way). Otedola is far, middle income fathers exist and a lot of you small boys still can’t afford the things our middle class fathers can afford but keep talking.

I remember a day I had a big f!ght with my hubby. I knew I was wrong, but as usual I was claiming tough girl😂😂 It took us 3 days and the issue was becoming serious. I started praying serious prayers o. I was like "God please touch my man's heart so he won't be angry at me again and let's reconcile" I was praying this prayer everyday but the matter was even becoming worse😂 We didn't talk for days. I kept praying. When I was supposed to humble myself and just apologize. I was praying😁😁 I'm laughing because each time I remember this scenario,I always tell myself that we have the power in our hands to make some things work. That's how on valentine's day,I just wrote him a long text apologising and I reassured him of my love and loyalty. Immediately he read the message, he reached out and was like "Babe I'm so sorry too, I took everything too far, I miss you "😂 Haaaaa!!! Almost 4 days of fight I prayed and only an apology solved it. The bottom line is this, there are so many broken homes that wouldn't have been broken if only we humble ourselves and talk things over. Ego and pride has really d£stroyed so many homes and it's so sad. There is a place for prayer. Maybe for a sickness, prayer for divine intervention or maybe a change of character, prayers for a good job or a contract and if there will be prayers for such issues, it should be a joint and agreement prayer with both couples heart involved🤲 So the answer is NO, prayers can't fix every marriage problem. Some require humility, our work, our logic and our sincerity to handle it.
Can prayer fix every marriage problem?¿

All relationships can survive mistakes, but they cannot survive patterns. Repeated behavior isn't a mistake, it's a decision, apologies lose meaning when the actions never change

Majority of married women find out their husbands have infected them with various diseases during antenatal, mind you this women before marriage most had done the required medical tests before getting married has required by some religious bodies. You need to hear the discussion about how this women get infected by thro philandering husbands cos they condoned their husbands cheating and some even loose their lives from the deadly diseases they got infected with. If you accept cheating from a man but be prepared to keep treating infections hoping infection that’s of you’re lucky, some end of with deadly virus and on drugs for life.

The day my best friend broke my heart, I wept like someone died. I thought I was going to die, I couldn’t breathe
I think it’s absolutely insane how that one female friend can almost have the same impact on your heart that a man does. Tsk.

Getting married is such a difficult thing o, leaving the people you’ve been with all your life only to go and meet people you’ve only known for a few years and start building a new life wow, just wow.
