@altontowers We are bringing a group of young people to your park next week who all have SEND. Parents are currently messaging us to tell us that the online form for access passes isn't working, they are filling it in and it is reloading the form as blank when they try to submit

As you now require 7 days notice for these passes to be issued we are up against the clock. Could someone please contact us (DM) to arrange another way for this to be processed? This is happening to more than one parent btw. Thanks
