On Wednesdays we get the champagne flutes out and garnish our drinks with apple. The drink doesn't change though and the cider tastes just as good.

Tempted by a warm mulled cider?
2 bottles (1lt) Tempted Dry Cider
1 apple cored & sliced
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
Zest of clementine orange
2 tbsp dark rum (optional)
3 tbsp brown sugar
Combine in a saucepan. Warm over a low heat for 10-15mins. Pour into mugs and enjoy.

Only the best apples make it to the press. The apples in our orchard grow under Davy's watchful eye and after careful inspection, he is very pleased with this year's harvest. Phew, that means lots more Tempted Cider.
