The Orlando Fins Fan retweeted
Class act: Maxx Crosby did it the right way in what he thought was his exit from the #Raiders, helping mend fences now that he’s likely staying. • Quietly requested a trade to help Las Vegas have leverage and get the best deal possible • Did not publicly comment on trade speculation so to not create drama • Attacked rehab at the Raiders facility with teammates every day despite privately wanting out • Maintained a healthy relationship and line of communication with GM John Spytek • Upon being traded, he shared goodbye posts from teammates and celebrated 6 years sober • Made an authentic, heartfelt 13-minute farewell video thanking fans and the organization • Held accountability for the team’s losing ways instead of placing blame solely on the club • Insisted he’s a Raider for life, expressing a desire to play for LV again before retiring • Said he holds “no ill will” towards the Raiders after the trade and wished the team the best • Has not negatively commented on the Ravens since the deal fell through, only sharing his agent’s statement There’s no question Crosby would be welcomed back with open arms by team leadership, the fanbase, and the locker room in part thanks to him being a true pro in what could’ve been an ugly process.

The guy is a master of his craft, getting compensatory pics in the third, fourth, 5th, and 6th rounds of 2026
So #FlyEaglesFly trade the 87th pick for 9 games of Jaelan Phillips' best football at just $1.5M. Departs in Free Agency for what'll net the Eagles a 3rd Round Compensatory Pick in 2027 between 97th and 100th, you'd assume. Howie Roseman is very good at his job.

Wow, team USA hockey wins in overtime against team Canada first in women's hockey, and then again in men's hockey in the same year!!!!

It sucks for anyone to lose their job with no notice, whether you wrote for the sports section or another area, but this is the biggest story of it all. You have someone in a warzone, braving life and death dangers to write for you, and you just abandon them @washingtonpost?!?!
I was just laid off by The Washington Post in the middle of a warzone. I have no words. I'm devastated.

There's chippy because it's a rivalry, then there's dirty plays. That was definitely a dirty play....

Twitter or X is the most toxic major social media platform in the world. Anonymity gives not only trolls a place to live and hide, but even average people who want to let out their troll side. On this platform it's socially acceptable, and almost expected, to be a troll.

Hurts just had both and interception and a fumble loss on the same play....... LMFAO!!!!!!

Gotta say that kinda hurts, not one post about liking his time in Miami or the fans, and pretty quickly saying moving to Philly is the greatest thing that's ever happened to him.......I once considered buying his jersey too......good luck dude, wish you success
New Eagles edge Jaelan Phillips calls this the greatest things that’s happened to him in his whole life.

Refs cheated in NYG v DEN game....multiple times. @NFL can try to sue me but you know you rigged that game. Truth: 1. Not roughing the passer 2. Short of the line to gain Then.... 3. Not pass interference in end zone Should have ended 26-30 @Broncos win

Vikings need a new QB, or they need McCarthy to come back. Two interceptions with one of those a pick six, and then an inexcusable grounding call with no real explanation as to what he could have even thought he was doing. Referees didn't even question if it was grounding....

THE Larry Csonka saying this after watching the current team lose to the Chargers is gut-wrenching.....
Don’t know what to say. I keep watching, hoping. I see talent and even some moments of good execution. But we’re inconsistent which boils down to rehearsal. I can hear Coach Shula repeating, “we don’t practice until we get it right, we practice till we CAN’T GET IT WRONG!” #Finsup 🐬 #LACvsMIA

RAVENS!!!! YOU HAVE 1 YARD TO GO AND A 100 MPH MOUNTAIN OF A MAN AND YOU DON'T LET HIM BREAK OBLITERATE THE BROWNS LINE?!?!?! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!?!

Let me tell you how fun it is to have a team in your league intentionally making terrible trades that go against them and beef up other teams. You then have to ask the platform commissioner (non-team-manager) to reverse these trades, but in the process you piss off the team owner

..... So he labels you as a snitch, refuses any trades that you offer, and continues to try and make trades that benefit the other teams in the league...... Yeah, I would rarely ever request someone to be removed from a league, and this is one of those times. GTFO!!!

So according to Jerry Jones, owner of the Dallas Cowboys, he knew he had a star player that has outshined people time and time again, intentionally disrespected, frustrated, and manipulated that player into hating him so much that he would take to Twitter and demand a trade,....

... Is really just cannon fodder for him to stroke his own ego. And, if he's not successful with this, that he's also out of touch with reality and is driving that team into the ground. Hopefully every single player, coach, and staff member around the league recognizes this...

... And refuses to be associated with that franchise. College players take heed, it would be better to sit out the season and return to the draft again the following year, than to be manipulated and exploited for your body and talents by someone who would light you on fire to win

Jakobi Meyers: Now that the preseason is done and you don't really have any other options, either give me a contract or trade me. Amari Cooper: I'll take his spot! Lol
