We went on to introduce them to cloud-based analytical platforms. We used the @broadinstitute's Viral NGS pipelines @TerraBioApp for quality control, demultiplexing, taxonomic classification and de-novo assembly. #Mpox

Our goal is to sequence (and share) 4000 brain genomes at NIH CARD. The data from the first batch (14 brains 3 cell lines) is now being uploaded to Terra. We will share as soon as upload is finished - but do get in touch with us if you want the data sooner!
