I think this is situational because I’ve done both and fully remote is by far the best experience (for me)
I was the most unhealthy working in an office full of vending machines, group lunches and birthdays that are hard to say no to.
WFH I cook more, snack less.
Unpopular opinion but being 100% remote is bad for your physical and mental health, 1-2 days a week is a good sweet spot
