Anyone else spent a very long time on hold to @ChtyCommission being in a countdown queue to be sent to a voicemail box that was full! I've emailed multiple times since September and no reply. Please could someone advise?

Testlands know how to put on an event. Fun fair, stalls to buy Xmas gifts, food and drink Disco and a visit to Santa. Over 600 children had attended when I left and there was still more to come. Fantastic @TestlandsCEO thank you for all you do! #Christmas #LordMayor #Civicduty

Pls share to stop confusion.
THERE IS NO £2,500 CAP ON ENERGY BILLS.
Instead the new 1 Oct guarantee, like the old caps, limits
- Daily charge (28p gas, 46p elec)
- & Unit rates (10p/kWh gas, 34p/kWh elec)
So use more, pay more. £2,500 is just what someone with avg use'd pay

My nephew, Sonny, has Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and although everyone will do what they can to make his life a special one, it is still expected to be shortened by this defect.
